Camera Roll 23: Cards Against My Sanity

23 words about a photo on my phone camera roll poetry series

Being a language learner at *ahem*-years-old is daunting to say the least.

Most days it's terror-inducing when rapid-fire SchweizerDeutsch is directed at me.

But, I persevere. Schritt für Schritt...

  5. I like the intros you created for the new website, Bridget, somehow didn't remember what exactly you were teaching. It's too bad our little ones in the US aren't starting languages that early! Good going for the extra work on the websites!

    1. Thanks, Linda! Teaching English abroad was a good use of my classroom teaching/elementary librarian skills from the US. Yes, it is SUCH a shame that language learning is not introduced (revered) earlier in the US.

  13. Bridget, I am a second-language learner, too. Español. I know enough to know I don't know much. But I love the classes! One classmate is in her 90s, another in her 80s.
