I love “Corpse pose” and Skele-Zen”. Awesome! 😁
ReplyDeleteThanks, Joe! You're awesome!
DeleteYou made me LOL!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tabatha! IMO UR Terrific :)
DeleteSkele-Zen. Bridget, you are a wonder! xo
ReplyDeleteRight back atcha, Ms. Irene! :)
DeleteHa! Yep - a wonder, that's you. You hit my funny bone...!
ReplyDeleteI hope it was the 'humerus', Robyn! ;)
DeleteHA!
DeleteA new project, revealing your "Skele-Zen", Bridget! Thanks for the big smile!
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome, Linda. Smiling back atcha! :)
DeleteBwa ha ha ha! As fun and funny as Smidgey. Say hello to the pup for me.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda! Smidgey had a bone to pick with me about this poem, but I just gave her a pat...and a bone and all was forgiven. She says "woof!" to you! :)
DeleteBridget, your wordplay and skeletal humour is most appealing to my eye and mind. Love the clever layout as well. You have got to the bones of the matter...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alan! You always are a rib tickler! :)
DeleteBridget, I laughed when I first saw the skeleton, then smiled when he was trying out his yoga moves. Skele-Zen and corpse pose is a hoot. I always love your humor and yeah for being able to connect again. I am further behind than ever since coming home from the family vacation with a red body rash and exhaustion. I can't wait to dig into more of Two Truths and a Fib and share it with the teachers I work with in March. Thank you for your wonderful new anthology.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carol! I do hope you feel back to normal soon - rashes are never fun. Not that skeletons know anything about that. :)
DeleteThanks for being a part of my anthology.
Love your skeleton humor.
DeleteSo clever! And hooray for comments functioning again!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura! So far, so good with the comment function...the behind the scenes blogger settings sometimes challenge me. :)
DeleteOMG - love this photo and your masterful 23 word caption!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Patricia! This fella was keeping my daughter and me entertained while waited in her car. :)
DeleteHa! This takes corpse pose to a whole new level.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marcie! I must admit that corpse pose is my favorite, but I'm not ready to perfect it yet. ;)
DeleteYou cracked me up!! What a photo -- and your poem is perfection. Skele-Zen!! Too clever. LOVE corpse pose. Can't wait for more in this series. ~ Jama
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jama! It's fun to peruse the pictures on my phone to find the perfect one for a poem. I look forward to reliving a lot of fun memories with this series. :)
DeleteWhat fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kay! :)
