Rose at Imagine the Possibilities is hosting Poetry Friday this week. Her post is about birds, birds, birds...I better warn worm! Join us early and often!
Yes let’s get this Spring Party started! I’m ready, so shoo away the morning snow and lift our cold temps a bit. Thanks for your rising flowers 🌸 and uplifting post Bridget!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Michelle! Sending you warm vibes. :)
Delete"wiggle-aerator" is a good description! Your bulbs are very cute. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tabatha! My bulbs appreciate it. :)
DeleteOh, flourishing bulbs!! Enjoyed all these charming bits (didn't soil myself once). Soil-mates is too funny!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jama! I strive to be a good soil-mate to all the living critters in my garden...and PF community. :)
DeleteLovely elfchens, Bridget. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Rose! :)
DeleteIt's time for sure! My school had a garden where every class had a job, taking turns later, even in the summer break, for harvesting. My class was in charge of the worm bins, seeing that they were gently used for the garden. They would have adored your video & poem, Bridget, & love learning & messing about, with those "wiggle-aerators"! You are so clever!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda! Your school sounds like it was such fun place to teach and learn. You're so supportive. :)
DeleteLove those worms! "wiggle-aerator"s indeed!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mary Lee! :)
DeleteAhh! A cacaophony of color indeed! I got an afternoon dose of this today at my sister's garden today! Aezalias, camilias, magnolias --everything blooming! Yay!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Patricia! Spring garden time is good for the soil...uh, I mean soul. ;)
DeleteYour videos always make me smile! Your elfchens really put me in the mood for spring! Now if the weather would just cooperate...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tracey! I appreciate you watching. Sending you warming spring vibes... :)
DeleteHooray for earthworms! I do love a good creepy crawly poem. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sarah! Earthworms are good soil souls. ;)
DeleteBridget, so many wonderful images. I love your sweet springtime poems. Especially, "dormant bulbs burst / a cacophony of color"
ReplyDeleteThanks, Denise! Springtime flowers are my favorite. :)
DeleteBridget, i love the party at your post. Winter and spring share the spotlight with lots of little creepers around.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carol! Spring creepers keep the flowers and plants springy! :)
