Happy Poem in Your Pocket Day!

Happy (belated) Poem in Your Pocket Day!

Lint Ball O'Fun has a poem for you...

✍🏻

A poem in my pocket

is trying to get out –

pushing against my seam,

it wants to shout.

“I’m here,

hear me rhyme,

free me from

this linty grime!”

I take out my poem

and share it with you.

Check your pocket,

Maybe you have one too!

    1. Thanks, Heidi! To get the voice I said the poem into a voice changer app on my phone. I agree, I love that song. :)

  7. You always make me smile, Bridget! I love that you carry both a lint ball and a poem in your pocket. Now, if I just put a poem in my pocket, we’ll practically be twins! : )

  10. A poem in the pocket is treasure, Bridget. Lint is only good for making mouse mattresses according to my dear wife...

    1. Thanks, Alan! Yes, poetry is a treasure for sure, but it sounds like lint might also be a treasure for mice because then they have a nice soft place to sleep! win-win!
